Refund and Returns Policy

We are sure you will fall in love with our products but still if you need to return, just send us the return request within 2 days of product delivery date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Refunds for online payments will be made to the original payment source within 3-4 days. For cash on delivery orders, amount will be credited to wallet of your account on our website. You can use wallet amount for future product purchases from our website. You can check the wallet balance on My Account page. On wallet page, please do not use Withdrawal Request & Wallet Transfer option – these requests will not be processed as wallet balance can be used only for future purchases from our website.
